Pastor Charles C. Trim, Sr. is the Founder and Senior Pastor of The Vine & The Branches Ministries. Called by God to preach the Gospel, he is passionate about teaching God’s Word with clarity and helping people grow in their relationship with Jesus Christ. His vision is to lead a Christ-centered ministry where lives are transformed, faith is strengthened, and believers are equipped to fulfill their God-given purpose.

Serving faithfully alongside him, First Lady Rashann C. Trim is devoted to supporting the vision of the ministry through prayer, discipleship, and servant leadership. She has a heart for encouraging others, strengthening families, and helping people discover their purpose while creating an atmosphere where everyone feels welcomed, loved, and valued.

Together, Pastor Charles and First Lady Rashann Trim lead The Vine & The Branches Ministries with a shared mission to connect people to Jesus Christ, disciple believers through God’s Word, and build a church family that is Rooted in the Word, Connected to the Vine, and Growing in Purpose.
